Emma holds an uncanny resemblance to a fictitious children’s book character.
Okay, so we haven’t gotten the whole handstand-on-the-handlebars thing down yet, but I’m sure that’ll be next.
Merlin watches and waits.
He just cannot help himself.
Food update: Emma ate a blueberry last night. This morning – one blueberry, (not her favorite) a slice of apple, a slice of pear and a piece of banana!
After eating all of that she said, “No more medicine.”
I’ve got my work cut out for me.

Oh I meant to say in my last post ( which was already too long!) Ariane that you can’t do everything and solve every issue at once. You are doing amazing work with Emmas writing. There are only so many hours in the day. So don’t feel guilty for not doing gf/cf diet. It is sooo time consuming. You have to work on one issue at a time.
Thanks so much Liz. But can I ask – how did you know to put Ros on the diet, but not Liam? What do you see that’s different when she is on it? Was the change noticeable right away? Have you heard of this GAPS diet? Sorry, so many questions, just feeling more and more that Em’s crazy eating must be a piece of this and I’m not sure where to begin. Also wondering if I’m clutching at some crazy idea because I’m so impatient and not because there’s anything to it. Ugh!
I put both of them on the gluten and dairry free.Initially I saw what happendeto Liam when he ate a ltot of chocolate at Easter ( bouncing off walls) I looked a salicylate foods with Roslyn after hearing Donna Williams talk and getting the chance to chat to her afterwoods. The effects of certain foods on Donna as she described them were similar to what we could see happening in Roslyn. It was always foods too she seemed to crave. At first her mood is really up and wild and then she crashes and screams and cries . She presented as quite crazy really.
